As a buying agent we act on your behalf we will negotiate on any suitable property on your behalf and seek to secure the most favourable price possible. We can also make arrangements for bank valuations and structural surveys to be conducted by fully qualified Chartered Surveyors. Finally, to ensure things happen when they're supposed to, we'll liaise with both your and the seller's solicitors, keeping you informed throughout.

The fee for this service will be negotiated at the time of instruction.
