Legal Formalities

To comply with the "Proceeds of Crime Act (2002) and The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017" we will need to collect relevant documentation from all clients.


Marketing

We will arrange for the necessary marketing literature to be produced, including professional photographs and floorplans, in order to help locate and attract potential tenants.


Online Advertising

Your property will be actively marketed on our website and those of Primelocation, OnTheMarket and Zoopla.


Private Connections

By utilising our extensive connections of national and international tenants, contacts within large city organisations and major relocation agencies, we aim to secure a tenant with the minimum amount of effort from you but with the maximum results.


Viewings & Feedback

We prepare properly for each viewing and leave safe after. We exsercise discretion, give regular feedback and negotiate deals through which can often be tricky.


Acceptance & Referencing

We liaise directly with respective lawyers from both sides. Personal and financial references are obtained for all tenants and a subsequent tenancy agreement will be drawn up for you, along with inventories compiled by an independent company at the beginning and end of each tenancy.


Property Management

Should you prefer not to manage your property, our Property Management team can manage it for you, 24/7. Tenants will be given our emergency telephone number to contact should a problem arise and will take the necessary steps. Quotes will be obtained for remedial work and sent to you for approval prior to commencement.
